The Brief
FCA produce an annual calendar and they were looking for a creative way to utilise children's artwork in their calendar for 2009.
The Solution
After a creative meeting Bird and Co decided to produce a 'Create a Creature' calendar for FCA. The idea was to create a calendar which had three sections - the first with the animal's head and torso, the second with the animal's hind legs, and the third with the monthly dates. The first two sections could therefore be flipped over to create umpteen unusual creatures!
The Results
The calendar was an interactive success! FCA had a lot of positive feedback from local authorities and foster carers as to the creativity of the calendar.
